Seasonal Pricing?! Buy gigabytes only?

I'm working for a publishing company, who brings out new books every spring and autumn: Along with these books, we publish videos, mp3, and a buckload of images, that all need to be processed&stored: Basically, there are only two month when there are things happening, the rest of the year we do not need transloadit at all: Is there a pricing scheme that can accomodate this? Maybe we can buy a fixed set of GB? A monthly fee does not really fit and upgrading/downgrading the account twice a year also does not sound very reasonable...
